Goodwill Central Texas is hiring a Customer Service Associate. You will be the welcoming face at the store, helping customers, donors, and shoppers while supporting a mission-driven nonprofit.

The role requires a positive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. You will engage customers, manage the register, and keep the store tidy and inviting, contributing to the organization’s education and job placement programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to greet customers warmly and listen actively.
• Comfort with standing, walking, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist at checkout.
• Ring up purchases accurately and efficiently.
• Keep floor clean and stocked.
• Answer questions and share product knowledge.
• Assist donors at donation drop-offs and issue receipts.
• Maintain fitting rooms and store appearance.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
