Job summary

Goodwill Central Texas is seeking a Store Associate at our Manor, TX location to welcome donors, sort donations, and support pricing and selection teams. You will deliver excellent customer service and follow safety protocols while helping meet daily production goals.

Ideal candidates possess strong English communication, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset, with 0–3 years of experience and a HS diploma preferred. This role emphasizes teamwork, inclusion, and community impact.
