Job summary

Goodwill Central Texas is seeking a Customer Service Associate to ensure fast, friendly, and accurate transactions at the point of sale while maintaining merchandising standards and a clean, safe store environment. You will contribute to a welcoming customer experience and support the store’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate transactions at the point of sale.
• Provide positive customer experience and greet, assist, and thank customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards and cleanliness on the sales floor.
• Promote Goodwill Central Texas mission and values.
• Follow policies and procedures and process payments, refunds, and discounts.
• Assist in training others and support cross-training for POS system.
• Support safety, risk procedures, and use of PPE.
• Contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere and inclusive climate.
