Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support store leadership and ensure friendly, efficient, and safe service. You will handle POS transactions, fuel transactions, food preparation, and store upkeep while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates are 16+, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and committed to safety and excellent customer interactions. Weekend and overtime availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must learn and follow all Royal Farms safety processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
• Operate the register and handle payments, including fuel and gift cards.
• Prepare made-to-order food and beverages with accuracy and speed.
• Restock products and monitor inventory to maintain a fully stocked store.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety, and report unsafe conditions promptly.
