Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support store leadership in delivering exceptional, friendly service. You will handle food prep, POS transactions, stocking, and store upkeep to foster a safe and customer-centric environment.

You will engage customers with product knowledge, manage transactions, and uphold safety standards while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must learn and follow all Royal Farms safety processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, uphold service standards, and assist with product selection.
• Operate the register, process payments, and manage various payment methods.
• Follow ID verification laws when selling age-restricted products and assist with checked-out items.
• Prepare made-to-order food and beverages per recipes or customer specs, ensuring quality and speed.
• Restock products and maintain full shelves, checking expiration codes and discarding expired items.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report unsafe conditions to leadership.
