Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support store leadership and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, and manage POS transactions, including fuel and gift cards, while maintaining accuracy and speed.

You will also prepare food/beverages, restock merchandise, and uphold food safety, cleanliness, and safety standards. Flexible shifts and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and capable of effective communication with customers.
• Demonstrates strong customer service skills and professionalism.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Follows safety procedures and store SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and greet customers, assist with product selection, and answer inquiries.
• Operate the register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and ensure drawer balance.
• Prepare made-to-order food and beverages per recipes and maintain food safety standards.
• Restock products, check expirations, and ensure shelves are stocked.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, report unsafe conditions, and follow SOPs.
