Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support store leadership in delivering friendly, efficient service. You will handle POS transactions, food and beverage prep, stocking, and store upkeep to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming shopping experience.

You will greet customers, assist with product selection, follow safety procedures, and uphold Royal Farms standards across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must learn and follow all Royal Farms safety processes and procedures.
• Prior experience in food service or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.
• Operate the register, process payments, and manage various payment methods with accuracy.
• Prepare made-to-order food and beverages following recipes and quality standards.
• Restock products, check expiration codes, and maintain clean, organized shelving and displays.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and SOP requirements; report unsafe conditions to leadership.
