Job summary

The Army & Air Force Exchange Service is hiring a Customer Experience Associate to greet customers, handle transactions, and assist with bagging and moving items in a fast-paced retail setting on Fort Campbell North. You will help customers and maintain a welcoming environment across departments, including Express and Class 6 stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile.
• Acknowledge waiting customers to keep them informed.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers by bagging items and moving heavy merchandise.
