Job summary

The Army & Air Force Exchange Service (Exchange) is seeking a Customer Experience Associate – Express to help Soldiers, Airmen and families find what they want and keep the Express stocked with desired products. You will greet customers, listen to needs, offer appropriate products, and ensure an extraordinary shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School or equivalent.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and team members.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
