Job summary

The Spinx Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will deliver fast, friendly service, handle transactions accurately, keep a clean and organized store, and support food service operations while upholding safety standards.

You will be cross-trained across retail and food service duties, assist customers with questions, check IDs for age restricted items, and help protect company assets including cash and inventory. This role requires flexibility and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time in proper uniform with a professional appearance.
• Provide fast, friendly and accurate service to customers.
• Maintain organized work area and clean sales floor and restrooms.
• Protect assets including cash and inventory and follow cash handling policies.
• Comply with age-restricted sale rules and verify IDs as required.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing, and store communications.
• Support self-checkout areas when present.
