The Spinx Company is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will deliver fast, friendly service, handle transactions, and help maintain store safety and cleanliness in line with our policies and core values.

This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays, with cross-training across retail and food service to support operations. You will contribute to accurate customer interactions and uphold food safety and quality standards in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
• Ability to work with fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time in proper uniform with a clean, professional appearance.
• Provide all customers with fast, friendly and accurate service.
• Maintain an organized work area, a clean and properly filled and faced sales floor and spotless restrooms.
• Protect company assets, including cash and inventory, and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Adhere to age-restricted sale regulations and verify customer IDs when required.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing, and other store duties to support operations.
