The Spinx Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role you will deliver fast, friendly service, handle transactions accurately, and ensure a clean, welcoming store environment in line with company policies and safety standards.

You will participate in cross-training to cover a range of retail and food service tasks, maintain safety and sanitation, and contribute to merchandise presentation while upholding age-restricted sales rules and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to learn and perform all CSR duties.
• Able to follow safety policies and report incidents.
