Qualifications

• The Customer Service Representative must be available to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• The CSR may participate in company sponsored training classes related to the job.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in proper uniform with a clean, professional appearance.
• Cross-trained to perform all retail and food service responsibilities.
• Follow safety policies and report accidents or hazards to management.
• Provide fast, friendly and accurate service and ensure customers feel appreciated.
• Maintain organized work area and clean facilities.
