Qualifications

• Must be available to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read, interpret financial reports and legal documents.
• Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time with a clean, professional appearance.
• Cross-train and perform all retail and food service responsibilities as CSR.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and sanitation standards in the store.
• Provide fast, friendly and accurate service and handle customer requests or issues.
• Protect store assets and handle cash according to policies.
• Adhere to age-restricted sale regulations and request proper ID when needed.
• Maintain organized work area and clean sales floor and restrooms.
