The Spinx Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our store team. You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering friendly, accurate service while handling cash and maintaining safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance.

You will be cross-trained across retail and food service duties, support store operations, and help ensure customer satisfaction through positive interactions and adherence to company values.

Qualifications

• Must be available for nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to participate in company-sponsored training classes.
• Duties performed with safety and professional standards in mind.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time in proper uniform with a professional appearance.
• Cross-train in all retail and food service duties to support team flexibility.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards to management.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service and ensure customers feel valued.
• Keep a clean and organized sales floor and restrooms at all times.
• Ensure exterior cleanliness of building grounds and forecourt.
• Protect company assets and handle cash according to policies.
• Ensure compliance with age-restricted sales policies with valid ID when required.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing, food service, and administrative store requirements.
• Set a positive tone and demonstrate knowledge of store operations.
• Follow communication guidelines and assist at self-checkout when present.
