Job summary

The Spinx Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver fast, friendly service in a team environment. You will handle a variety of retail and food service tasks while ensuring store safety, food quality, and customer satisfaction in alignment with our policies and values.

Responsibilities include reliable shift attendance, cross-training, accurate cash handling, compliance with age restricted sale rules, and maintaining clean, organized work areas and facilities.

Qualifications

• Available to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to participate in company-sponsored training classes.
• Must perform each essential duty satisfactorily; reasonable accommodations may be made.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time in proper uniform with a clean, professional appearance.
• All teammates must be cross-trained and proficient in all retail and food service responsibilities.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and report accidents or hazards.
• Provide fast, friendly and accurate service and ensure customers feel appreciated.
• Maintain an organized work area, clean floors and restrooms.
• Keep exterior of the building and forecourt clean.
• Protect company assets and handle cash following policies.
• Adhere to age-restricted sale rules with proper ID checks.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing, food service, and administrative tasks as needed.
• Set a positive tone and demonstrate knowledge of store operations.
• Follow Store Operations Communication Guideline for proper communication.
• Assist customers at self-checkout areas where applicable.
