The Spinx Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service while ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere and adherence to company policies and safety standards.

You will be cross-trained in retail and food service duties, maintain a clean workspace, and follow procedures for cash handling, merchandising, and age-restricted sales.

Qualifications

• CSR must be available to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to participate in training classes related to the job.
• Ability to perform essential duties safely with accommodations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time in proper uniform with a clean appearance.
• Cross-train and proficient in all retail and food service responsibilities for flexibility.
• Maintain safe work environment and report accidents or hazards to management.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service; ensure customers feel valued.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and ensure clean restrooms hourly.
• Maintain building exterior cleanliness including grounds and forecourt.
• Protect assets including cash and inventory; follow cash-handling policies.
• Comply with age-restricted sales laws with valid ID checks.
• Support merchandising, pricing, food service, and admin requirements.
• Set a positive tone and knowledge of store functions.
• Follow Store Operations Communication Guidelines for information flow.
• Assist customers at self-checkout areas where present.
