Aristocrat Interactive is seeking a full-time Customer Service Agent to join our top-tier team. You will support players and ensure a seamless gaming experience, handling inquiries via calls, chats, and emails.

Requirements include 0–2 years in support, strong communication, and the ability to work a hybrid schedule with travel to the office as needed. Expected pay ranges from $18.00 to $24.70 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and a background-check process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 0–2 years in inbound/support call center roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work hybrid schedule with reliable internet.
• Must be able to travel to the office for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, tablets, and cell phones.
• Handle inbound calls, real-time chat, emails, and make outbound calls.
• Communicate marketing offers to VIP customers.
• Report feedback on service failures or customer input.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company values.
• Meet daily target of approximately 70 contacts.
• Uphold SLA for chats and phone inquiries under 45 seconds.
