Job summary

Aristocrat Interactive is seeking a full-time Customer Service Agent to support players and ensure a seamless gaming experience. You will handle inquiries about accounts, products, and services, and troubleshoot issues on computers, tablets, and phones.

We require 0–2 years of inbound/support call center experience, a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a hybrid schedule with travel to the office for at least 50% of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services.

• Handle inbound calls, real-time chat, emails, and make outgoing calls.
• Communicate special marketing offers to VIP customers.
• Offer feedback on service failures or customer feedback.
• Uphold customer confidentiality and promote company values.
• Stay updated on protocols and work towards daily targets.
• Maintain SLA for chats and phone inquiries under 45 seconds.
