Responsibilities

• Assist Service Consultants and Customer Advisors for smooth experiences.
• Schedule appointments and route calls with clear responses.
• Perform reminder calls and follow-ups for parts and orders.
• Maintain accurate records and filing of repair orders.
• Audit sublet invoices and monitor loaner logs.
• Follow EH&S requirements and keep a clean work area.
