Job summary

CarMax Ontario is seeking a Customer Operator to deliver exceptional customer service for the Service Department. You will handle in-person and phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure accurate record-keeping. The role supports Service Consultants and Customer Advisors in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include processing repair orders, following EH&S guidelines, and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores. Training provided; evenings/weekends may be required.
