Job summary

• Assist Service Consultants and Customer Advisors to ensure smooth experiences and accurate information sharing.
• Schedule service appointments and route calls with clear, helpful responses.
• Perform reminder calls for upcoming appointments and follow-up on special-order parts.
• Contact customers with repair requests to schedule appointments and maintain records.
• Audit sublet invoices and monitor loaner logs for compliance with guidelines.
