Job summary

Carvana is seeking energetic Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to help reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. You’ll be the face of Carvana at our car Vending Machine, assisting customers and completing paperwork with precise notes in our system.

You must be able to work 7 days a week with rotating days off, and you may be required to obtain a Notary in your jurisdiction within 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing and memorable pick up experience for customers at the Carvana Vending Machine.
• Complete customer paperwork and document notes in the tracking system.
• Address customer questions or minor technical issues related to the vending machine process.
• Maintain safe driving record and follow Carvana policies.
