Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing and memorable pick up experience for customers at the Carvana Vending Machine site.
• Complete customer paperwork and document notes in the tracking system.
• Address customer questions or minor technical issues related to the vending process to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain safe driving records and adhere to Carvana's Driver Qualification policy.
