Job summary

Carvana in Garden City, Idaho is seeking Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join our fast-growing team. You will assist customers with our vending machine experience, process paperwork, and log notes in our tracking system while maintaining a positive car-buying experience.

The shift runs 1pm–9pm, seven days a week with rotating weekdays and weekends. The position offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $22/hr with growth opportunities and

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Notary must be obtained within 90 days (sponsored by Carvana).
• DMV/registration access may be required in some states.
• Must be able to read, write, speak English.

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing and memorable pickup experience for customers at Carvana's Vending Machine site.
• Complete customer paperwork and log thorough notes in the tracking system.
• Address customer questions or issues related to the vending machine process.
• Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to Carvana’s policies.
