Job summary

Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates in the United States. We seek energetic, customer-focused individuals with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience. You will help deliver happiness in the car-buying process and participate in community activities as part of the Hauler-Life.

Shifts run 7 days a week with 7am-5pm or 9am-7pm windows. Starting pay is $17/hr with growth to $19/hr and an incentive program that adds up to $0.50 every 90 days, plus benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using car haulers with full training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto haulers and inspect for safe operation.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in the tracking system.
• Drive safely with a clean driving record per policy.
