Job summary

Spotless Brands is looking for a Customer Service Advisor (CSA) to be the first point of contact for guests at our car wash and lube center entry points. You will educate customers on services, promote memberships, and help customers choose options that best meet their needs.

You will greet customers with enthusiasm, identify their needs, and guide them through products while handling payments at the kiosk and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, not required.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, not required.
• Must be at least 16 years old, or older where law requires.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (depends on location).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm at entry points (kiosk, tunnel entrance).
• Identify customer needs through questions and listening.
• Educate on wash, detail, and maintenance packages and memberships.
• Present current promotions to encourage purchases.
• Assist customers with payment at kiosk and answer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with site team for smooth operations.
• Perform routine cleaning and site upkeep as needed.
