Job summary

Spotless Brands is seeking a Customer Service Advisor at our site to greet customers, educate on wash and lube options, and drive memberships. This role requires a friendly, sales-oriented approach and the ability to handle transactions at the kiosk or entry points.

You will work with the site team to ensure smooth operations, perform basic cleaning and maintenance duties, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, not required.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, not required.
• Must be able to pass background check and be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a welcoming attitude at entry points such as kiosk or tunnel.
• Educate customers on wash and detail packages and value.
• Promote memberships and current promotions to drive sales.
• Handle payments at kiosk and answer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and assist site operations.
• Perform routine cleaning and site tasks as needed.
