Qualifications

• Must be able to successfully pass a background check
• Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations)
• Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at entry points with enthusiasm
• Identify customer needs through questions and listening
• Educate on wash and detail packages, highlight value
• Promote memberships including Fast Pass and Unlimited
• Assist with payments at the kiosk and answer inquiries
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report safety concerns
