Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an organized administrative assistant to greet customers, manage calls and emails, and support the General Managers and Service Advisors. You will also handle receivables and data entry, supporting month-end close and reporting processes.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, multitasking, and attentiveness in a fast-paced collision repair environment. On-site Florida location with competitive benefits is provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.

• Manage incoming calls, walk-ins, and written inquiries and direct them appropriately.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables/payables and data entry in accounting systems and spreadsheets; balance month-end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
