Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Wisconsin is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide administrative support for the Repair Facility Team. You will liaise with customers and insurance companies, schedule repairs, and manage rental and repair orders.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year in admin or customer service, and comfort with a fast-paced environment. Benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar admin role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations.
• Prepare repair orders with checklists, parts lists, and rental indicators.
• Record all communications with customers/insurers in CCC One.
• Update CCC One with rental information and usage.
• Manage ARMS rental system and ensure entries appear in CCC One.
