Job summary

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. in Oklahoma City seeks a Customer Engagement Coordinator to support the operational needs of the Customer Engagement team, set up customer accounts, and assist clients in using Love’s online software to manage fleets and billing.

You will resolve inquiries by researching resources, coordinate with internal departments and vendors, and help manage expectations while upholding Love's service standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent; BA preferred
• Excellent customer service and active listening
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a close team environment
• Ability to determine when to refer issues vs. handle them personally

Responsibilities

• Set up accounts
• Assist customers to use Love’s online software for fleet fueling and billing
• Research customer inquiries and provide corrective actions/answers
• Resolve problems by coordinating with other departments and vendors
• Follow up with customers via outgoing calls to gather information or provide resolution
• Manage customer expectations regarding functionality and deliverables
• Participate in company-wide initiatives to improve service and reduce costs
• Other duties as assigned
