Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Customer Engagement Coordinator to support the Customer Engagement team, set up customer accounts, and resolve client inquiries using Love's systems. You will collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate service delivery and overall customer satisfaction.

Based in Oklahoma City, this role emphasizes high-quality service, problem solving, and continuous process improvement within a nationwide family-owned business.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and active listening skills.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Demonstrated experience working well in a close team environment.
• Possess a demonstrated ability to determine when to refer issues versus handle them personally.

Responsibilities

• Set up accounts for customers.
• Assist customers to utilize the online software that manages fleet fueling and billing accounts.
• Research customer inquiries using company resources and conversations to provide corrective actions/answers.
• Resolve problems by researching and coordinating with other departments and vendors.
• Follow through on issues by making outgoing calls for information or updates.
• Manage customer expectations regarding functionality and deliverables.
• Participate in and support company-wide initiatives such as process improvements to enhance service and reduce costs.
• Other duties as assigned.
