Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is seeking an energetic C-Store Assistant Manager to drive daily operations, customer service, and sales at our Oklahoma City location. You will lead a team, manage inventory and merchandising, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards across the facility.

Responsibilities include assisting the General Manager with scheduling, cash handling, and monthly reporting, while contributing to budgeting and profit improvements. A valid license and reliable work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in retail/travel stop or c-store management.
• Minimum 1+ year managing operations with $2M+ annual sales.
• Minimum 1+ year handling budgets and P&L statements.
• Minimum 1+ year supervising 5–10+ employees.
• Must have intermediate Microsoft Office skills and computer proficiency.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staff to drive efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Assist General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Drive sales through effective ordering, stocking, merchandising and standards.
• Contribute to financial reporting and capitalizing on opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
