Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking an HR Representative II based in the corporate office in Oklahoma City. You will lead the HR Rep team, coordinate daily workflows, and support onboarding and visitor management while maintaining confidentiality and high service levels.

You will respond to HR inquiries via the hotline and inbox, manage documents and records, and collaborate across HR for process improvements and events. This role emphasizes accuracy, discretion, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in HR administration or related support role.
• Experience coordinating daily work and guiding others as a lead.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of the HR Representative team to ensure timely work.
• Serve as first point of contact for team questions on processes and systems.
• Manage front desk, hotline, inbox, onboarding, document management, and other duties.
• Support onboarding: collect documents, issue badges, coordinate workspace setup.
• Handle Corporate HR Hotline and inbox inquiries and routing.
• Maintain employee records, data entry, and HR system updates.
• Cross-train and provide administrative support to HR partners and events.
