Job summary

You'll help customers reach financial goals with personalized advice and connect them to Bankers for next steps, while adhering to cash handling and regulations.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• 6 months minimum experience processing transactions.
• 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship.
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in lobbies and demonstrate how to use mobile app or ATMs.
• Provide personalized advice and solutions helping customers achieve financial goals and connect with Bankers for the next step.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits and respond to questions while following policies.
• Follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures, including local regulations.
