Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to aid the management team in growing our brand and delivering a distinctive world of adult beverages for customers. You will support service teams, merchandising, and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs while ensuring a top-tier customer experience.

As a supervisor, you will mentor team members, coach peers, and help maintain compliance with alcohol regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year in a supervisory retail role.
• Strong interpersonal and team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations and sales culture to deliver best-in-class service.
• Lead by example to foster a welcoming store atmosphere and resolve customer issues.
• Supervise team members and support their training and development.
• Ensure compliance with laws related to alcohol sales and maintain store safety.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
