Gap Inc.'s Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the store tone, drive profitable sales growth, and coach Leaders and Brand Associates. You will collaborate with the General Manager to execute the store strategy and mentor a high performing team delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

The role emphasizes customer-centric strategies, merchandising, and talent development, with responsibilities across operations, service, and compliance to meet performance goals.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communicator able to interact with customers and your team to meet goals.
• Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Driven by metrics to deliver results to meet business goals.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, overnight and weekends.
• Able to utilize retail technology.
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Willing to travel as required.
