ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate to merchandise and stock products, cashier, and maintain cleanliness to enhance the customer shopping experience. The role is full-time with starting wage of $18.00 per hour and average 30+ hours per week.

Wage increases occur in Years 2–5 to $18.50, $19.00, $19.00, and $20.00. Responsibilities include operating the POS, following cash policies, stocking shelves, and fulfilling curbside pickups.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates prompt, courteous customer service.
• Able to operate store equipment and the POS system.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and with others.
• Ability to interpret ALDI policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Models and follows customer service principles and escalates issues to management as needed.
• Reports loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Uses POS to scan and process purchases accurately.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Opens additional check lanes to ensure efficient checkout.
• Stocks shelves and merchandising displays per planograms.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintains zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Supports management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals.
• Follows safety practices and keeps working environment hazard-free.
• Adheres to inventory procedures and product handling guidelines.
• Performs general cleaning tasks per company standards.
