Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a store associate to merchandise and stock products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness. You will work with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience, providing exceptional service and adhering to company policies.

Starting wage is $20.00 per hour with planned increases each year, and full-time hours average 30+ per week. Responsibilities include operating the POS system, handling cash, stocking, curbside pickup, and supporting loss prevention and safety

Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service in a busy retail setting.
• Operate store equipment including cash registers, POS, and pallet jacks.
• Follow store policies and merchandising plans to maximize sales.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and adhere to safety protocols.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Process purchases via POS accurately and report scanning issues.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays following planograms.
• Complete curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain zone standards, safety, and housekeeping throughout the shift.
