Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a store associate to help merchandise, stock, cashier, and clean to keep the store looking its best. You’ll work with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and a smooth shopping experience.

This full-time role averages 30+ hours per week with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour. You’ll perform duties per policies, operate the POS, and support store management to meet efficiency and loss goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate POS system and handling cash accurately.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures and adapt to changes.
• Ability to work independently or with others.
• Ability to meet availability requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and move items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist with escalations as needed.
• Stock shelves and merchandise products according to planograms.
• Operate the POS system to process customer purchases accurately.
• Support store management in achieving efficiency and loss goals.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and timely customer fulfillment.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to safety practices.
