Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring a Store Associate to merchandise and stock products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness. You’ll collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and a welcoming shopping experience.

Starting wage is $19 per hour with scheduled increases over five years, training at a nearby location until the new store opens. Full-time position averaging 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate all store equipment such as cash registers and POS systems.
• Follow ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Perform basic arithmetic with accuracy.
• Maintain attention to detail and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and uphold customer service principles.
• Stock shelves and merchandise according to planograms.
• Process purchases accurately using the POS system.
• Open additional checkout lanes as needed for efficiency.
