Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate to help merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll work with the ALDI team to create a welcoming shopping environment and support daily store operations.

Starting wage is $18.50 per hour with pay raises in year 2–5. This full-time role averages 30+ hours per week, with benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage and retirement plans for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate POS and cash handling accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and work in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products to planograms.
• Process customer purchases and assist at the register.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safe work environment.
• Assist in curbside pickup and staging as needed.
• Support store management to achieve efficiency and loss goals.
