Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a store associate to merchandise and stock products, cashier, and perform cleaning to keep the store looking its best. This is a full-time role with an average of 30+ hours per week and starting wage of $19.50 per hour.

You will enhance the customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with the ALDI team, following store policies, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, including curbside pickup where applicable.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers and POS.
• Ability to interpret ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to follow instructions with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products to planograms and displays.
• Operate the POS to scan and process customer purchases and handle issues.
• Adhere to cash policies and maintain checkout efficiency.
• Assist with curbside pickup by retrieving items accurately and timely.
