Job summary

ALDI USA store is seeking a dedicated store associate to help merchandise and stock products, handle cashiering tasks, and keep the store clean for an optimal shopping experience. You’ll work with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations.

Starting wage is $18.00 per hour with full-time hours on average 30+ per week. Wage increases occur over five years, reaching $20.00 in year 5, and a robust benefits program is available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products per planograms.
• Operate the POS system to process purchases.
• Provide courteous customer service.
• Assist in curbside pickup orders.
• Open additional check lanes as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
