Job summary

DriveTime is hiring at its Murray, UT location for a Customer Experience & Sales Support role. You will greet customers, present vehicle features, handle financing basics, and nurture relationships through follow-ups.

You’ll assist with paperwork, support operations across departments, and help maintain showroom presentation. A positive attitude, 1–3 years of customer-facing experience, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related work experience in hospitality, sales, or retail with a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to progress through a multi-phase learning certification (Level 1 and 2) with increasing responsibility.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally to create a positive dealership experience.
• Assist Sales & Operations Advisors during purchasing by presenting vehicle features, pricing, financing basics, and services.
• Follow up with internet leads, calls, and showroom guests to nurture relationships.
• Schedule appointments and communicate with prospective customers via phone, text, and email.
• Support the sales team with test drives, vehicle presentations, and follow-up activities.
• Process paperwork including down payments, titles, trade info, and loan documents.
• Support daily dealership operations across departments and maintain showroom organization.
• Maintain vehicle inventory presentation and ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey.
• Collaborate with sales and management to achieve dealership goals.
• Be cross-trained to provide flexibility and adapt to changing priorities.
