Qualifications

• Interpersonal and customer-facing skills required.
• Basic communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Strong organization and mathematical abilities for transactions.
• Experience in retail sales preferred, especially footwear.
• Knowledge of store policies and procedures is essential.
• Basic visual merchandising and presentation understanding.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience for customers following service standards.
• Meet sales and work goals as directed by store management.
• Lead team members by example in accuracy and completeness of work.
• Control cash and maintain accuracy of sales transactions.
• Process sales and POS transactions per policy and procedure.
• Assist with stock, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
