Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a sales associate to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold store standards. You will help customers, promote rewards programs, maintain clean and well-presented merchandise, and support inventory and shipping activities. Accurate cash handling and POS processing are required daily.

Prior experience in retail or footwear is beneficial. The role emphasizes teamwork with store management and district managers to meet sales goals and present a professional store

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience for customers with awareness of service standards and promotions.
• Maintain awareness of current sales promotions.

• Develop product knowledge and fitting skills.
• Be mindful of Loss Prevention concerns.
• Participate in physical inventories and assist in shipping/receiving merchandise.
• Process all sales and POS transactions according to policy; ensure shoes are matched.
