Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking a Project Lead at our Hancock, MN plant. This role represents the customer voice from estimate to on-site delivery, ensuring 100% satisfaction on all sales orders and coordinating with engineering, production, and transportation.

You will be the primary contact for customers and vendors, monitor costs and schedules, and drive continuous process improvements across the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years Project Management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage several large to small, complex projects simultaneously.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Ability to review and work from production schematics and engineering drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience within the construction or precast concrete industry.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer for projects and ensure 100% customer satisfaction across orders.
• Manage multiple sales orders concurrently.
• Coordinate turnover meetings at the point of sale to align information, scope, and scheduling.
• Serve as the main customer contact from sale through on-site delivery.
• Provide direction to the project team across engineering, production, transportation, procurement and accounting.
• Prepare change order proposals promptly on owner/ client/ engineer requests.
• Monitor progress from sale to completion and proactively resolve issues to prevent delays.
• Coordinate site visits and support resolution of issues arising from sale to completion.
