Job summary

The Project Lead at Oldcastle Infrastructure, Hancock, MN, serves as the voice of the customer from estimate to on-site delivery, coordinating with engineering, scheduling with production, and ensuring on-time shipment and 100% customer satisfaction on all orders.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple orders, review submittals, and drive continuous improvement while balancing customer needs with plant operations. A civil engineering background and PM experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years of project management experience.
• Civil engineering background preferred; construction or precast industry experience helpful.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to review schematics and drawings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sales orders and coordination with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer across the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple sales orders concurrently.
• Lead turnover/kickoff meetings and ensure complete information and scope.
• Serve as point of contact for customers from sale to delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement and accounting.
• Monitor progress and proactively solve problems to keep projects on schedule.
• Support continuous improvement of processes.
